Chakrit Parameedireklap is a founding and managing partner of Siam International Legal Advisors. He concentrates his practice on handling complex local and international legal matters with a focus on litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution.

He has extensive experience in many areas of laws including labor and employment, consumer protection, administrative, construction, economic crime, information technology, intellectual property, real estate and family law. He has represented a number of major clients to successful court triumph during his years of practice.

Prior to establishing Siam International Legal Advisors, Chakrit has worked for Baker & McKenzie Bangkok office as associate in dispute resolution practice group.

Representative Matters

  • Representing several airline companies in complex labor disputes with their ex-employees in regard to the unfair termination of employment.
  • Representing a multinational pharmaceutical company in filing a criminal charges of fraud against its ex-employees
  • Acting as counsel for an international express and mail delivery services company in a dispute with the Customs Department regarding the offenses under the Customs Act
  • Representing a multinational Japanese construction company in filing a claim against several Thai and international insurance companies in regard to the damages with the pre-cast piles driven in Map Ta Phut industrial estate area. The arbitration tribunal later awarded the company for the damages in the amount of Baht 364,000,000.
  • Representing a famous Japanese advertising company in regard to the investigation of corporate fraud and embezzlement.
  • Acting as legal counsel for a large telecommunication company in a dispute with financial institutions regarding the breach of contract
  • Representing a multinational tyre manufacturer in a labor dispute with its labor union
  • Representing a famous coffeehouse company in regard to labor dispute with an ex-female employee with respect to sexual harassment offense
  • Representing a reputable five-star hotel in regard to several land disputes
  • Representing a multinational Japanese manufacturer of photocopier machines in regard to the labor dispute with its ex-employee on unfair termination of employment
  • Representing a famous Thai construction company in regard to the complex construction dispute in Suvarnabhumi project
  • Representing a global telecommunications corporation in regard to the Baht 100,000,000 dispute with a Thai state-owned telecommunications company
  • Representing the largest Thai hotels and property development company in a dispute with a financial institution regarding the factoring agreement
  • Representing a famous news agency in regard to labor dispute with its ex-employee
  • Acting as legal counsel for an international waste management company, regarding a dispute in administrative law with a local municipal authority. 
  • Representing an international fashion house brand regarding the infringement of trademark and trade name in Thailand.
  • Acting as legal counsel for a German textile company, in filing criminal charges of fraud and embezzlement against one of its directors.
  • Representing a group of European investors in land dispute in Koh Samui.
  • Representing a multinational tobacco company in court and arbitration proceedings, in regards to a distributorship agreement dispute.
  • Representing a world class automobile company with respect to consumer protection lawsuits
