The attorneys of SILA’s immigration practice group limit their practices exclusively to immigration law, a focus essential given the complexity and changeability of Thailand immigration laws and regulations. Our attorneys advise clients internationally on the widest possible range of immigration issues, including bringing foreign workers into Thailand, protecting the legal status of foreign workers already inside Thailand, and sending domestic workers abroad to staff foreign offices.

In an age of increased immigration enforcement, our attorneys work with clients to ensure comprehensive compliance with Thai immigration laws. This includes, but is by no means limited to, conducting precautionary audits of immigration documentation (such as Tor. Mor. 7, 8 and 47) and devising company-wide policies to ensure legal work authorization of workers.
